Review current Board governance and make recommendations for improved structure of the Board

Develop a structure for Board governance, including bylaws, term limits, qualifications, roles and responsibilities, committee structures, and Board composition

Develop and implement an onboarding process for new Board members, including expectations, roles and responsibilities

Brainstorm and develop an ongoing list of engaged Board members and volunteers to advance the organization

Assessment and determination of the need for an advisory council

Identify and recruit new Board members (building the Board)

Provide oversight for the recruitment of new board members and/or coaching of Board nominating committee

Plan and facilitate all Board meetings, including but not limited to
