​Communications and Public Relations

  • Ideation and implementation of internal, external, and campaign-specific communications plans

  • Draft, edit, and distribute key communications and marketing materials, including: press releases, media advisories, social media verbiage, etc. where needed

  • Crisis communications and reputation management

  • Media training and coaching

  • Key media introductions and relationship fostering

  • Market/Competitive Research and senior counsel

  • Executive speech writing

  • Onsite event communication management

Executive and Organizational Development and Leadership Counseling

  • Identify coaching objectives and design an outcome-based action plan

  • Meet with the manager, coaching participant, and any other stakeholders

  • Two forty-minute scheduled telephone coaching sessions per month

  • TCG coaches will be available by telephone during business hours Monday through Friday to discuss time-sensitive or urgent professional issues

  • Unlimited email support will be available between the coaching sessions

  • After the last coaching session, a close-out meeting will be held to review the success achieved, create a future action plan, and identify the support and resources necessary to continue the executive’s development

  • One free follow-up meeting will be scheduled to check in on client progress 6-8 weeks after the completion of the coaching engagement
